At Yorba Linda Physical Therapy most all private insurance plans are accepted including many PPO’s, EPO’s and POS plans. Work related injuries and Medicare also accepted. We do not accept HMO’s. If you do not wish us to bill your insurance patients can also be seen on a cash basis for your convenience.

We understand insurance plans can be confusing so if you have any questions regarding insurance coverage please give us a call and we will gladly assist you in understanding your coverage prior to your first visit. Our team will also assist you with insurance verification and authorization when required.
