The entire team at Yorba Linda Physical Therapy realizes the importance of safely returning our patients to the activity that is important to them. Our clinical staff has years of schooling and experience in the study of human movement both at the graduate and postgraduate level. We have extensive training in manual therapy, exercise prescription, postural training, neuromuscular reeducation, taping and sport-specific rehabilitation.
Nearly all of the employees are current or former athletes and truly understand the commitment needed to resume full activity at the highest level. Our therapists also attend multiple continuing education courses each year to advance our skill set and stay abreast of current proven techniques. This also allows us to maintain our membership with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and its sports and orthopaedic sections both locally and on a national level. We also take courses in management of the latest surgical techniques and often observe surgical procedures with many of the best local surgeons to stay current with the ever-changing world of healthcare.
